At Casa Romero Ceramics, each piece is handcrafted with care, making every item unique. As such, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, we understand that accidents can happen during shipping.
If your piece arrives damaged:
Please notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
You can choose to receive either:
Store credit for the purchase amount, or
A replacement piece of equal value, if available.
Important Details:
Store credit is valid for 6 months from the issue date.
Replacement pieces are subject to availability and may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our products.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Time
Orders ship within 3–7 business days. Handmade pieces may take longer depending on availability.
Free Shipping
We occasionally offer free shipping to the Mexico, Canada,Europe & USA when a special promotion or discount code is active. When not on promotion, shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.
Carriers
We use USPS, UPS, or DHL with tracking and insurance.
Damages & Claims
If your piece arrives damaged, please email us at casaromerohn@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
Customs ( Mexico,Canada & EU Buyers)
Buyers in Mexico,Canada & Europe are responsible for any customs/import taxes.
